At the Kaisergruft (Imperial Crypt / Kapuzinergruft) in Vienna. The place is packed with morbid grotesques like this, but the people who manage the place (and sell tickets so we can come and see the caskets of the dead) were were well aware of how striking this particular image is. So a stylized image of this head and its crown have become the organization's logo.
