This pipe runs for a couple kilometres through downtown Vienna. It is NOT subtle. Apparently it's to drain the construction site at the new U2 and U5 subway intersection - because the site was producing so much water that they couldn't dump it into the sewer. Instead they're piping it straight into the Danube River. The church behind the pipe is the Votivkirche.
