TrsWM
I used 0.4, the most recent version available in early October 2003.
Non-existent.
Don't know.
TrsWM is based on the thought that Ion's frame management of windows is good, but not flexible enough. A somewhat promising idea, since I'm inclined to agree.
Since there's no documentation, I guessed at the steps to compile. "./configure && make && make install" failed. I had to look at the website and guess at various combinations of "autoconf" and "./configure" and "automake" and "make" and finally "make install". No man page, no documentation at all is installed. After installing, you have to copy some files from the config subdir of the source package to ~/.trswm-devel/ directory - you find this out from the errors when you start trswm. After that, trswm silently exits immediately on start. So there's no screenshot.
Nice concept.
No documentation, difficult to install, I was unable to make it actually run.
No.
