This isn't even a permanent installment: I had passed by the day before and the tent was set up but not in use. How they managed to fill an immense tent like this on one day's notice I don't know. Far down on the left you can just barely see the requisite oompah band playing - you can even hear it on this very bad audio recording made by my camera. On the right there's a full scale kitchen. And all of this is set up in the park directly across from City Hall.
